Can I pay by cash to the driver?

We accept all kind of payments: invoice via secured online links, PayPal payments, Card (including AMEX and foreign cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, card and cash in our cars. An extra fee for card payments of  1.8% will be charged at the checkout.

What cars do you use?

The fleet comprises exclusively executive vehicles, each equipped with air conditioning, tinted windows, and discreet branding. While in the vehicle, passengers are provided with complimentary fresh water, newspapers, and magazines upon request, as well as WiFi and refreshments.

How do I know my booking is registred with you?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking details. Additionally, a day prior to your journey, you will receive an email reminder that includes your driver's information, pickup details, Meet & Greet instructions, vehicle information, and advice on cancellation and modification options. We strive to keep our customers well-informed about their journey to prevent misunderstandings and reduce any potential stress.

What if my car has not arrived on time or never?

The vehicle is scheduled to arrive either on time or 10 minutes early at the designated pickup address. Our chauffeurs are skilled in navigating various routes; however, factors such as traffic congestion or inclement weather (e.g., snow, heavy rain) may occasionally impact arrival times. Nevertheless, we remain committed to providing 'ON TIME' services at all times. In the event that the driver is unfortunately delayed beyond the agreed-upon time, we kindly ask you to contact us or the driver listed in the confirmation email. Customers are encouraged to notify the operator as soon as they become aware of any delays in our driver's arrival to help mitigate potential lateness.

I need a wedding car, are you providing this?

Yes! We are providing luxury cars for all type of events, including weddings, proms and other special events - for some specialised events we may arrange vehicles through trusted partner companies. For wedding we deliver a superlative service, luxury cars chauffeur driven, decorated with traditional or modern wedding ribbons at your choice. As this is not a Fixed Fare service, please contact our agents for a tailored quotation.

How much time in advance I have to book the transfer?

Ground Transfers work with licensed private hire operators that hold a huge fleet of cars, is unlikely to be fully booked at any time. We can be pre-booked with even one year in advance or in the day of travelling, but we recommend to book your transfer at least 1 to 3 hours before your pickup time.

You do Meet&Greet at the airport?

Chauffeurs working with our licensed partner operators provide Meet&Greet services at the airport terminals, ports, train stations, hotels, and residential addresses. The chauffeurs hold clear 'name-boards' with the company logo that can be easily spotted.

Can I set an travel account with you?

We are specialist on executive ground transportation, we have already transferred thousands of business and corporate staffs and holiday makers. We set travel accounts for regular customers and business runs.
