Ground Transfers fares are fixed. The fare from PO1 - PO11 areas to LHR is £105 based on max 4 people per car or £155 if you travel in a group of max 8 people. This price includes the £5 drop off charge as is added after the 1st November 2021 by Uk Airports Association (UAA) for all Uk airports.

We accept all kind of payments: invoice via secured online links, PayPal payments, Card (including AMEX and foreign cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, card and cash in our cars.

The fleet is fully executive, formed from executive vehicles. All cars have aircon facilities, private film windows and are not marked as a taxi. In car you are provided with fresh water, newspapers and magazines (on request - free), WiFi and refreshments.

Once you booked, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation. One day before your journey you will receive email communication (to reassure we won't forget your journey) with your driver details, pickup information, Meet&Greet details, car details and other advices (how to cancel, how to amend). We are always keep the customer informed about his journey in order to avoid misunderstandings and stress.

The vehicle is planned to arrive on time or 10 minutes early to the pickup address. Or chauffeurs are experts on navigating multiple routes, but sometimes the traffic congestion or weather (snow, heavy rain) is out of everyone's control. Despite of this, we still guarantee 'ON Time' services at all times, but if the driver is unfortunately later than agreed time please contact us or the driver that is adviced in the confirmation email.

Ground Transfers work with partners that hold a huge fleet of cars, is unlikely to be fully booked at any time. We can be booked with even one year in advance or in the day of travelling, but we recommend to book your transfer at least 1 to 3 hours before your pickup time.

Ground Transfers' chauffeurs partners do a fully Meet&Greet inside the airport terminals, port terminals, train stations, from the front of the hotels, company's receptions and home addresses. The chauffeurs hold clear 'name-boards' with the company logo that can be easily spotted.
